This Privacy Policy explains how The Padel House ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") to browse and book padel courts. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your precise or approximate location, and we do not process payment card details in the App. Court fees are paid in cash at the court.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
- Show court availability and let you make and manage bookings.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
3. Service Providers
We use trusted providers to operate the App. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check) — account, profile, booking, and message storage and app security.
- Twilio — sending the one-time verification code (OTP) to your phone number.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile, bookings, and support messages, subject to any limited records we must keep by law.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You can view and edit your profile in the App at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from Profile → Delete Account; our team reviews the request and permanently deletes your data, then notifies you by email. You may also contact us using the details below.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
